To qualify for one of our rentals you will need to:
- Have each person 18 years or older submit an individual application.
- Be able to show that you make three (3) times the amount of rent in gross income.
- Pass our screening criteria
- Be able to pay your first full month’s rent and security deposit in prior to moving in.
Our Application Policies
The following policies are established to ensure that all prospective applicants will be treated equally:
- An application fee of $50 is required per applicant 18 years or older.
- All occupants must be listed on the application, including minors name and date of birth.
- All applicants are first come first serve.
- A reservation fee of $250 needs to be paid within 48 hours of approval to secure the unit .
- The reservation fee is applied towards the first month’s rent
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and may not be used or considered as the final month’s rent.
- All approved applications are valid for up to thirty (30) days.
- All of our properties are non-smoking.
